Can we visit the venue before booking
Absolutely! We encourage couples to visit Greenfield Acres to ensure it's the perfect fit for their special day.
How do we secure our booking?
To secure your date, we require a 20% deposit once you've decided Greenfield Acres is the venue for you.
Is Greenfield Acres a dry hire venue?
Yes, outside of our ceremony packages, Greenfield Acres operates as a dry hire venue.
Are there time restrictions for setup and pack up?
Each package includes specific time frames for setup and pack up. We can provide assistance with setup and pack up for an additional fee. Please note that late pack up may incur a fee.
Do the turf fields have any limitations?
Yes, our turf fields are harvested at certain times of the year.
Can we return for sunset photos if our ceremony is in the early afternoon?
Certainly! If your ceremony is scheduled in the early afternoon as part of our 4-hour package, the bride and groom are welcome to return for sunset photos. We love capturing the golden hour at Greenfield Acres.
Are there any restrictions on confetti?
We ask that all confetti be discussed with our team beforehand to ensure they comply with our guidelines and leave no impact on the environment. Dried flowers and rice paper confetti are acceptable.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment. We provide recommendations if needed.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, we have parking available on-site for you and your guests.
Are there any noise restrictions or curfews?
We adhere to local noise regulations and may have noise curfews in place to respect our neighbours and ensure the comfort of all guests. Venue Hire is until 11pm.
Do you have backup plans for weather?
No, we are an out door dry hire venue.
Can we have a rehearsal at the venue?
Absolutely! We can arrange a rehearsal time for you to familiarise yourselves with the venue layout.
Are there toilets available at the venue?
Yes, we provide portable toilet as part of the venue hire.
Who is responsible for cleaning up the venue?
As a dry hire venue, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the venue is returned to its original condition before handover.
What spaces are included in the hire?
All garden areas are included for ceremony hire. After the ceremony, the back garden and hidden lake are available for sunset photos with the bridal party. Guests are to remain in the main garden area for security reasons.
Are there any restricted areas on the property?
Access to the house, decking area, and the back of the house (which is fenced off) is prohibited. All sheds on the property are closed and off-limits to guests. Additionally, the horse paddock is off-limits, and guests are not permitted to enter or interact with the horses.
Are pets allowed on the property?
Pet policies are subject to discussion and negotiation.
